At our non-invasive spa, we prioritize clinical efficacy and proven approaches to achieve results. Our focus extends beyond surface-level enhancements to foster holistic skin health, addressing underlying tissue concerns. Our comprehensive range of services targets various skin conditions such as acne and acne scarring, rosacea, dryness, hyperpigmentation, excess oil production, UV/sun damage, premature aging, hair loss, and more!

 

Salon Policies

PACKAGE POLICY

  • Clients may only purchase 1 package per person

  • No returns on packages

  • Smaller packages (Dermaplane, Celluma, Sugaring, B3G1, etc.) must be paid in full

  • Packages expire 12 months from purchase date

  • Unused services after expiration are forfeited, unless due to documented medical reasons

  • Packages apply to services only, not retail products

GIFT CARD POLICY

  • Gift cards expire 6 months from purchase date

  • Valid for full-priced services only

  • Cannot be used on products or combined with specials, packages, or promos

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • A credit card is required to book

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service

  • No-shows will also be charged 50%

RETURN POLICY

  • No returns on services, packages, or products

  • We’re happy to offer spa credit when applicable

  • Product exchanges are accepted within 30 days (with original packaging)

  • No refunds on products or services

VOUCHERS

  • Special vouchers are limited to one use per calendar year

  • Max two vouchers per household

Sugaring

  • Our aestheticians require 10 - 14 day hair growth for sugaring services.
